*. The poly draw film was pre-slit to narrow strip film by slitting machine,by passing through the inserting device,it is formed inside the bags.

Photo-cell control & pre-warming station.
1.this series of machine uses Sick Photocell for precise control of print image to the side weld.
2.Additional stabilization of the side weld in the area of the bottom guesset and top gusset by the pre-sealing station for four layers film.

The patch handle device.
The reel of patch handle film is fed and cut by hot cutting knife,then attached automatically welding on top center position of handle bags.

Handle punch.
The pneumatically controlled handle punch is equipped with knife type cutter which is designed for long life and easily changeable.
