1. Large Bags - This machine specialises in production of  single line heavy duty large bag  production with  thick gauges.
2. Highspeed + Continuous production - The feature is achieved with following device.
        a. Saw type hot cutting knife - Easy Operation
        b. Heavy Duty unwinder - Protect operators and allows independent operation of roll change
        c. Oscilating Device - Auto tension control
To support the high speed saw cutting knife at  130 cycles/min, the large heavy duty unwinder supports  continuous feeding  and  non-stop roll change, making no intervals between rolls. The oscilating device controls  large storage section   to ensure  steady  highspeed and large bag feeding.
3.  Lower labour costs  -   Double  folding  device  outputs  folded large bags, reducing the labour costs required for folding the large bags and provides  easy collection.

This is a highspeed t-shirt bag model with Heat slitting for the film. As most american market owns large extruder, this model is dedicated to pair up with large extruders' jumbo films.
