Continuous feeding & Intervals

Swing type sealing uses multiple servo units to synchronize the movement of the rollers in opposite direction of the film feeding.

It’s ideal for thick bag production with long feeding length. It also speed up the production of all bag on roll products by triple times.

Benefits:

1. Non-stop infeeding & outfeeding during sealing                                                              process, high speed production @120-150m/min. 

2. Tensionless sealing for thick bag, to avoid elongation                                                        of weld line for large bag and thick bag.

Interleaved Winder

Interleaved bag products for domestic use are becoming increasingly popular for its easy-use, since the consumers don’t need to tear off the bags anymore.

Interleaved winder unit could produce interleaved drawtape bag or flat bag at speed 120m/min, and it’s also applicable to following bag types:
