All the machine controls are located in centralized control panel for convenient operation.The control panel offers variety of versatile control features:
1. Out feed length is IC controlled.
2. In feed speed is IC controlled.

3. Temperature setting and insufficient temperature alarm.
4. Number of operation cycle and total production counting.

1. The advanced design of the sealing and cutting/perforating motion ensures superior straight accuracy for bottom sealing.
2. Obstacle Sensor detects no material and automatically stop the machine.
3. The machine frame is constructed of heavy gauge steel plate for maximum stability and rigidity during high speed bag making operations.
4. Easy conversion from production of flat to vest bags.
5. The entire machine running speed is variable and is controlled by means of an inverter for convenient operation.
6. Electromagnetic clutch and brake ensure a very high degree of bag cutting and sealing accuracy,to within ± 1mm.
7. Automatic stop in the event of a lock of film.
Photocell is provided for high precision printing position accuracy.8. An alarm light provides a visible signal if there is no film,insufficient working temperature,the safety door is opened or bags jam at the out feed end.

An alarm light is provided to ensure the maximum safety of both the operator and the machiine.The alarm status includes:
1. Lock of film.
2. Insufficient working temperature.
3. Safety door opened.
4. Bag jam at out feed roller.
