Zipper bags are now in variety of uses, such as food packaging, small parts packaging or stationary packaging, etc. As environmental awareness rises, zipper bags with its reuse feature is more acceptable in the global market.
However, there must be a problem when you fill up slider zipper bag with something liquid. Liquid always comes out from zipper! Slider zipper bag has easy-open function, more convenient than a normal zipper bag. However, slider zipper bags can’t be filled with liquid, leakage happens all the time.
Nowadays, a new type of zipper bag called LEAKPROOF slider zipper bag is born. Leakproof slider zipper bag can be used in many applications, especially for containing liquid or for use in low-temperature environments.

JAPANESE FAMOUS ZIPPER BAG SUPPLIER
Lately, in 2016, PAL had received an inquiry for leakproof zipper bag from Japan. A worldwide trading company in Japan, business activities across wide-raging fields including lifestyle, forest product, agri business, chemical and energy resources, etc. PAL has already contributed business relation with this trading company before, and this time, they introduced a Japanese customer to PAL for a zipper bag machine.
This customer is an expert of zipper bag in Japan. They already have many zipper bag machines in their factory. With various type and sizes, their zipper bags apply to multiple uses of packaging, including frozen food, snacks, dried fruit, dried seafood, stationary and electric parts, etc.
At that moment, they were requesting for leakproof slider zipper bag, which is a whole new product for them. A fully automatic zip lock bag making machine with servo driver control, was the machine they needed.
WONDERFUL INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
After finishing machine inspection in PAL factory, our zipper bag making machine had shipped out to their factory. Customer invited PAL’s team to have installation service in their factory, they also shared their inspection way of testing for zipper bags’ quality and sealing.
Of course, PAL’s machine has no doubt to pass their inspection. Thanks to this project, we learned a lot about zipper bag, this is a big advancement for both PAL & Japanese customer.
A year later, this customer ordered another zipper bag making machine from PAL.
This case proves PAL's machine can achieve Japanese standards.
