- Up-down die cut - Synchornized up-down die cut & feeding ensures stable & high speed performance. Vacuum waste film removal system for T-shirt bag on rolls.
- Heat-slitting + post-gusset system - Adjustable heat-slitting knife slit and seal jumbo bobbin film in to multiple lines. Post-gusset stations makes gussets on slitted film.
- Fully automatic rewinder - Fully automatic non-stop system inserts paper core & change finished roll. Coreless rewinder uses 2 sets of forks for automatic non-stop finished roll change.
- High speed hot-cut system：Upper sealing blade & bottom heating wire makes strong and high speed sealing. Seperated upper and bottom temperature control for easy micro-adjustment.
- Synchronized Feeding and cutting speed：Inverter controlled feeding matching main machine speed for easy operation without manual adjustment.
- German "Sick" photocell registration：Reliable and accurate print registration and positioning
- LCD touch panel：Easily operable human-computer interface to access parameter changes and production monitoring
- Socket type IC circuit control：Automated control system can be easily replaced by socket plugin.

- Various Hole-punch shapes available in standard or customized design. Fixed on the side of machine.

- Apply paper & glue labels at the end of bag on roll rewinding cycles.

- Rewinder EPC can guide film for flat edge finished rolls for good presentation.

Pneumatic heat-slitting device -
- Heated sealing blades place parallel to material flow, slitting and sealing 2 layers for film at the same time as material feed. Jumbo film rolls can be slitted into several smaller rolls with 1 prinitng registry.

Horizontal sealing device -
- Additional up-down sealing unit seals film together parallelly to the material feed; used for Courier pockets, fold mouth sealing, etc.

Interlock rollers (Sealing Isolation) -
- Interlock rollers synchonize and isolate film tension between sealing and outfeed to avoid sealing elongation.

Triangle folding device (Starseal) -
- Gussted tubic film ar efolding in half by passing triangular frame and pinch for Star-seal sealing.

Double Triangle Folding device -
- Double triangle frames and pinch can fold in C/N/W styles before rewinder or for bottomseal star-seal bags.

C/N/W folding device -
- Folding finished bags into C/N/W type folding for rewinding.

Servo Driven rotary die cutter -
- Servo driven rotary cutter can cut seamlessly with high response speed. Rotary cutter has long service life. Vacuum suction for T-shirt bag waste.
