The Zipper Bag Making Machine - Attachment Type is engineered for the efficient and reliable production of zipper pouches, operating at speeds up to 140 strokes per minute. Featuring an advanced continuous zipper attachment system with a built-in anti-jamming alarm, it ensures smooth profile integration while easily processing films from 0.012mm to 0.1mm in thickness.
Designed for versatility and precision, the machine utilizes German "Sick" photocell technology for accurate print registration. Supported by highly customizable modules—such as ultrasonic side-sealing for water-tight edges, triangle folding, and versatile hole punches—it delivers an adaptable, streamlined solution for heavy-duty and customized zipper packaging.

- Zipper attachment system - Zipper profile are fed in and attached by continuous sealing units. Customized sealing blades based on profile styles.
- Profile jamming alarm - Jammed zipper profile automatically stops machine and alarms to avoid breaking attachment and re-adjust time.

Irregular "K'sealing -
- Diagonal sealing device sealing the gusseted films to form stand-up rectangular bottom for flat bag. Mostly used for heavy duty packaging.

Auxiliary sealing -
- Heat-pressing and sealing on specific position on the bag, such as gusset gaps between 4 layer and 2 layer position to achieve stable and reliable sealing.

Auxiliary intermitted ultrasonic sealing -
- Crushing and sealing zipper on zipper film & zipper profile for water-tight and good side-sealing performance

Various hole punches - Kidney/round/notch/butterfly/others -
- Various Hole-punch shapes available in standard or customized design. Fixed on the side of machine.

Continuous perforation device -
- Circular perforation blade are fixed and perforated line parallel to material feed direction.

- Saw type punch for punching hole on thick-gauge film.
