BOTTOM SEALING BAG MAKING MACHINE WITH GRIPPER

This machine supports automatic thick gauge garbage bag cutting in high accuracy with one folding function. It is specially designed for large size garbage bag providing double folding function as optional for easy packing.

This automatic machine can reduce labor costs. The production process is simple and flexible. And with the high speed motor, the machine can do the cutting faster than before. It supports up to 150 microns thick per layer. And after finish the cutting, the machine will automatically proceed to folding and packing. This innovated machine can cut bag in 1 M length speed 90 to 100 times per minute. It has high value in reducing labor costs and speed up the production line. Machine Features

-Easy operation: Humanized interface panel controlled by digital computer will follow up whole working status providing perforation & sealing position adjustment and bag size setting without stopping the production.

-Infeeding speed controlled by inverter, the infeeding and cutting speed of main machine are synchronized. No adjustment is required.

-Sealing & cutting synchronized system to avoid sealing and perforation line not displacement. (With BF series).

-Adopting up & down heating, hot-cut system, Tensionless sealing ensures strong sealing on bags.

-Applicable for HDPE, LDPE and recycling film used.
