Side Seal Bag Making Machine
The SWC-V Side Seal Bag Making Machine is engineered for high-speed production of plastic packaging bags, offering up to 180 strokes per minute. Compatible with a wide range of film materials including OPP, CPP, PE, and laminated films, it ensures consistent side sealing and cutting in one streamlined process.
Designed for flexibility, the SWC-V can be configured to produce three side seal pouches, zipper side seal bags, courier sleeves, and more—thanks to a variety of optional modules such as ultrasonic welding, hole punching, triangle folding, and glue spray systems. Whether you're running a large-scale packaging facility or launching new bag types, the SWC-V delivers speed, precision, and customization in one compact platform.
- Side seal system : Sealing and cutting done simultaneously and pull by rocking take out belt conveyor. Finished bag collected on table or conveyor.

Continuous Ultrasonic welding -
- Decorative welding are done with ultrasonic and circular mold on passage of film. Ultrasonic units are easy operable with minimal adjustment required (auto-frequency matching).

Pneumatic heat-slitting device -
- Heated sealing blades place parallel to material flow, slitting and sealing 2 layers for film at the same time as material feed. Jumbo film rolls can be slitted into several smaller rolls with 1 prinitng registry.

Horizontal sealing device -
- Additional up-down sealing unit seals film together parallelly to the material feed; used for Courier pockets, fold mouth sealing, etc.

Auxiliary sealing -
- Heat-pressing and sealing on specific position on the bag, such as gusset gaps between 4 layer and 2 layer position to achieve stable and reliable sealing.

Various hole punches - Kidney/round/notch/butterfly/others -
- Various Hole-punch shapes available in standard or customized design. Fixed on the side of machine.

Glue-spray device -
- Spray or rolling-applying glue onto film. Used for Easy-open T-shirt bag, self-adhesive tape, bag on roll rewinder or special bag by customization.

Central Slitting device -
- Fixed slitting blade slitting film material during material feed.

Continuous perforation device -
- Circular perforation blade are fixed and perforated line parallel to material feed direction.

Auxiliary heated pressor -
- Press and crease film such as CPP/BOPP to form definite folding line with heated pressure roller.

Triangle folding device -
- Sheet film is folded in half by passing triangular frame and pinch.

Standard conveyor -
- Standard conveyor unit moves after counts reach. Available in connected type and separated type.

Velvet covered rollers for PP film -
- Roller covered by velvet fabric to avoid scratch mark on transparent PP film.
